CyberGarden

CyberGarden

Beijing

Cyber Garden is mixed-use information technology campus within the Beijing Science City Research and Development District. The facility’s primary goal is to attract start-up and medium-sized technology firms as part of an initiative to foster the relationship between the computer software/IT research industry and graduate and continuing education, creating a unique opportunity that encourages intellectual exchange and progress. Highly flexible loft-like lease spaces allow for easy adaptation to the particular needs of each firm, whose individual spatial requirements can vary significantly. This seven-story academic and business building is located between two 15-story residential commons buildings that include short- and long-stay residences, resource centers, food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, and retail stores. These communal facilities not only bring convenience to the site but also provide for numerous moments of casual interaction.Since Cyber Garden is envisioned to be a symbol of China’s high-tech industry, the entire campus will be equipped with the latest technological features and project a clean, modern appearance.
