The Perkins Eastman New York studio has been an indelible crossroads of ideas, design, and innovation since the firm’s founding in 1981. Our more than 450 dedicated team members take the “Human by Design” ethos beyond the studio through our commitment to community and one another. From local charity involvement with NY Cares and CANstruction to summer softball in Central Park, we seek to balance our passion for design work with our love affair for the city we call home.

Situated just off of Union Square, the studio combines the scale, diversity, and energy of New York City with an intimate organization around convergent practice areas representing the firm’s breadth of experience and design and planning expertise. From community-centric planning and institutional projects that heal bodies and minds to developments that touch the sky, our team tackles the most pressing design challenges of our day at every scale and in every location imaginable.
