17 Icon Bay

Dubai, UAE

Two residential towers preside over a wildlife sanctuary, with views of Dubai's iconic skyline across the bay.

The 17 ICON BAY is a residential high rise situated on Dubai Creek Harbour in the area between Dubai creek and Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary, which has sheltered around 450 animal species within its 620 hectares for 25 years. This development offers spectacular views of the creek, the Burj Khalifa punctuating the Dubai skyline beyond it, and the nearby marina, yacht club, and waterfront facilities. The shape and orientation of the two Icon Bay towers are framed to capitalize on these sight lines.

The intent with this development is to create a city of the future, which respects the culture and climate of Dubai as a place where people can live, work, and play in harmony with nature.  The two towers, one of which is 43 floors and the other, four floors, share a ground-level podium with retail/food and beverage on the ground floor. Amenities include pool, gym, and play areas.
