“I believe sustainability is not a virtue but a necessity for all our services and operations. With every design idea structured around sustainability strategies, we can create better places, communities, and a planet now and for generations to come. The built environment has the power to reduce carbon emissions, conserve natural resources, and improve our quality of life. Let's embrace this chance to create a brighter and more sustainable world, together.”

Koray is a passionate and dedicated sustainability professional with a wealth of experience in the industry. As the senior corporate sustainability lead at Perkins Eastman, he’s responsible for overseeing the firm’s global corporate sustainability strategies, internal networks, and education outreach. His multi-disciplinary background, which encompasses sustainable design, Net Zero Energy strategies, carbon reduction, and real estate development, makes him a well-rounded expert in the field.

Koray is a true advocate for creating resilient, inclusive, and sustainable built environments. Prior to joining Perkins Eastman, he worked as a project manager at a nonprofit affordable housing development organization and as a sustainability specialist at the World Bank.
