Eric M. Rahe

AIA, LEED AP

Principal

"I’ve been fortunate to work on so many different types of projects throughout my career, and serve on community planning boards and non-profits along the way. It has given me a real appreciation for the range of human expectations and emotions that can influence buildings and even cities. That’s why I believe it is important to develop consensus among our team members, clients and stakeholders before we move ahead with any design."

With a passion for the power of collaboration, Eric focuses on identifying key project goals and building teams to craft efficient and elegant design solutions. During four decades of practice, the opportunity to participate in transforming neighborhoods, add to urban skylines, and create memorable destinations has reinforced Eric’s long-held belief that a well-designed built environment can strengthen communities and elevate our quality of life. The need to build a sustainable future motivates Eric to collaborate with his clients and teams to explore all opportunities to create energy efficient buildings and environments.
