Andrew Ostrander

AIA

Principal

"For me, architecture is about bringing life to an idea, and working together through the iterative process of study and revision that takes a back-of-the napkin sketch to the built environment."

Andrew believes that there are many different ways to approach a problem, and he enjoys collaborating with others to discover potentially unexpected solutions. Since joining Perkins Eastman in 2016, his focus has centered on mixed-use and residential communities, having worked on projects across the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. With a diverse portfolio and attention to detail, he frequently finds himself involved in a number of other practice areas, as he’s currently leading several Senior Living & Higher-Education projects. Beyond the office, Andrew volunteers his time toward making the architecture and engineering profession more available to local high-school students.

Our Perkins Eastman

With a well-rounded design background with a detail-oriented skill set, Andrew establishes project environments that foster collaboration and engagement across project teams from concept through construction. His experience and willingness to teach have made him a valuable resource, particularly to the next generation of architects.
