Principal

Joe was born and raised in New York City, and he brings more than forty years of extensive project management experience in his dedication toward enhancing the public realm in his hometown. Known for his steadfast approach in collaborating with public agencies, developers, owners, and corporate clients, Joe has tackled a variety of complex mixed-use, public sector, hospitality, residential, and education projects within the New York City area. As Perkins Eastman’s national Government practice-area leader, he also oversees a number of federal, state and municipal contracts. In all, he’s led the design, renovation, and construction of more than twenty-five million sf of space during his long career.

Joe is a past president of the AIA New York Chapter and AIA New York State, and he currently serves as a vice chair of the New York Building Congress. He’s a trusted mentor who is committed to empowering young professionals as a trustee of the ACE Scholarship Foundation of New York and director emeritus of the ACE Mentor Program of New York.
