The Riverside County Crisis Services Center serves as a compassionate refuge for individuals navigating mental health crises, thoughtfully designed to provide immediate support and relief. Within this sanctuary, both adults and youth can access compassionate assessments, timely mental-health care, and tailored referrals for continued treatment. For those needing additional support, the center also offers a voluntary, short-term stay to help foster stability and healing.
The center comprises three carefully designed, single-story buildings, each fulfilling a distinct yet interconnected role: The Crisis Stabilization Unit offers a welcoming environment for admission and initial assessment; the Residential Facility provides a safe, nurturing space for short-term stays, typically lasting seven to 14 days; and the Administration Building houses the dedicated staff of the Riverside County Department of Mental Health, all committed to guiding individuals on their path to wellness.
Reflecting the familiar, comforting architecture of the Craftsman style, each building conveys a serene, homelike atmosphere. The center’s drought-tolerant landscaping and curated gardens offer quiet spaces for reflection, while a meditation porch invites moments of peaceful connection.
