In this second paper of a multi-part series exploring the future of workplaces, the authors focus on the importance of resiliency and well-being for both employers and talent alike. The authors propose supporting well-being in the workplace which requires: adopting a holistic mindset, providing resiliency training, engaging and evolving people in conversation and decisions around well-being, and building resiliency and well-being through carefully tailored design strategies and policies. The paper ends by sharing examples of design guidelines and policies that companies and their talent can consider applying across their workplace landscape.
