Highlighting several projects as examples, we demonstrate how Perkins Eastman has helped transform the long-term care environments of our veterans at both the state and federal levels. Using the breadth of knowledge we’ve gained over decades of designing for aging adults, we’ve guided veterans’ agencies in designing more home-like, resident-centered care under the Community Living Center guidelines issued under the Veterans Health Administration in 2005.
