This mixed-use development extends a vibrant existing commercial corridor in one of America’s hottest new neighborhoods. The project provides 9,000 sf of street-level commercial space that’s ideal for retail or food and beverage tenants. The ground level also offers a residential lobby, interior and exterior tenant amenities, and residential units with private terraces.
Overall, the five-story building includes 150 residential units in 82,000 sf, a portion of which will be maintained as affordable housing. The units are designed for a young, creative, and hip crowd who will be attracted to the culture of the surrounding area. The red-brick façade draws inspiration from the local working-class history, harkening back to both the prototypical brick row house that Philadelphia is famous for and to the industrial buildings that still punctuate the surrounding area.
