We brought our international senior living expertise, including 20 years of experience with projects in Asia, to the design of the senior living component of a multi-generational campus in Thailand. The client’s vision for the campus is a community where four generations of family can live and seniors can safely and comfortably age in place while being close to nature.

The senior living facility includes a healing garden with a walking loop, seating, and various elements to both stimulate and relax the senses, such as bird feeders, a water feature, and plants in different colors and fragrances. The patient rooms support wellness and alignment of Circadian rhythms with lighting systems that allow for adjustments to color and brightness. The style we used throughout our design has a classical aura with contemporary upgrades, resulting in a feeling of upscale timelessness.
