Perkins Eastman developed a data-driven prioritization framework as the foundation of Stockton’s facilities master plan. This framework guides the district’s current bond funds to address critical student needs and enhance campus safety, an provides a long-term strategy to modernize its campuses. Our team went through extensive engagement with district stakeholders in preparing the plan. We also performed a comprehensive assessment of the educational adequacy and indoor environmental quality of Stockton’s school facilities, in addition to their student capacities and space allocations. The plan also integrates a state-funding eligibility study to ensure the district is making equitable investment decisions while also maximizing additional funding opportunities.
