Through a collaborative process with associated architect RODE Inc., and the building’s ownership group, Perkins Eastman redesigned The Radian Boston, replacing an existing unoccupied brick structure with an impressive modern tower based on an original concept by Elkus Manfredi. The fast-track design development process improved building efficiencies and drastically reduced the construction budget to meet client goals. The team’s vision to shrink and rotate the building’s core and redesign all units maximized the curved and triangular shape of the structure and enhanced overall marketability.
