Reflective of Lincoln International’s brand, Perkins Eastman’s sophisticated design at the downtown US Bank Tower creates cohesion across two full floors while also relating to its other offices across the country. Its new office has doubled in size, increasing its presence in the West Coast market. Its location within the 72-story US Bank Tower—an architectural anchor of the Los Angeles skyline—further enriches the company’s California profile.
With enhanced aesthetics and an outdoor connection, the new L.A. office flows between its two floors with sweeping views from the ocean to the mountains. The focal point is a new loggia that converts interior tenant space to a covered outdoor area, providing an open-air space to gather and entertain on the 67th floor. The light-filled office also features a variety of collaborative and private workspaces, a communicating stair, and a café.
An updated, modern workplace with robust technology, amenities, and breathtaking views was critical for the firm to generate excitement for its employees to come to work—and create an enviable recruitment tool for new hires amidst a competitive financial market. The design implements Lincoln International’s signature approach to the finishes, function, and character for its offices across the country—many of which Perkins Eastman designed—to reinforce its brand identity.
