An international non-profit association focused on worldwide IT governance, ISACA desired a workplace that reflected its brand, increased operational functionality, and encouraged employee collaboration. Workplace strategists and designers engaged ISACA’s leadership in workshops to evaluate the existing office, learn about culture, and strategically envision a future space. Located just outside of Chicago, the new headquarters includes two floors of office space and a large training facility created by Perkins Eastman designers. A centerpiece multifunctional staircase with multi-use collaboration areas and meeting spaces connects the floors and provides space for impromptu meetings. The design embraces an open concept, maximizes natural light, and creates neighborhoods that bring leadership and staff together in unique ways. Furthering their collaboration, the team also provided ISACA with change management services and support to implement new workplace standards.
