Principal

“Planning, for me, is about supporting communities and striving to give a voice in the process to those who have traditionally been underrepresented or excluded.”

With more than 20 years of expertise in environmental review, land use planning, and zoning, Sarah enjoys actively engaging communities during each step of the planning process. Her portfolio of work spans a wide berth ranging in size and geography, having touched everything from large-scale urban redevelopment to smaller suburban and rural projects. A dynamic and hyper-focused urban planner, Sarah has extensive hands-on experience with managing, preparing, and evaluating environmental impact review documents at all levels of government, as well as creating and amplifying successful mitigation strategies. In addition to her planning work, Sarah has served on the Executive Committee of the American Planning Association’s New York Metro Chapter and lectured on environmental planning at NYU, continually striving to engage with and support the industry.
