Having spent much of her career at Perkins Eastman, Salema has developed a passion for building teams and relationships across the firm. With more than two decades in human-resource management, Salema is a champion at furthering employees’ ability to achieve their professional goals. She’s developed notable experience in payroll systems, federal- and state-law compliance, and other required policies and procedures. She also serves as a mentor and coach to her colleagues, so they can endeavor to balance themselves between their personal and professional lives to advance in leadership roles.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is dedicated to fitness through cardio, weightlifting and boxing. She’s also a passionate cook.
