Rory has always been intrigued with consumer behavior and what motivates people to buy products and services. The Healthcare sector, where he’s the marketing lead for Perkins Eastman, poses opportunities and challenges on multiple levels. “It’s complex. There’s a lot to consider when we pursue these projects—they involve planning, design, the integration of medical equipment, and the needs of doctors, patients, and staff. There are so many factors,” Rory says. He began his career in 2006 and came to Perkins Eastman in 2018 after working in marketing for several engineering firms, which has given him a foundation for pursuing work in the broader AEC industry. “I always enjoy the thrill of chasing work, the opportunity for sales, and building client relationships,” he says.
