Associate Principal

“Developing a project with colleagues and clients is an exciting and fulfilling process. Is the design only meeting program requirements or have we anticipated and improved the user’s experience? How does the project address the environment and sustainability? Even small design decisions can have a larger impact—well after a project is completed.”

A successful project comes from many design components coming together: Project elements require thorough examination, development, and coordination. Roberto has always been a meticulous researcher of design, building materials, and construction systems, and he brings these passions to his projects, working with project teams to address a multitude of design challenges. Believing each step of a project’s development is equally important, Roberto is diligent about the entire process, from design through construction. Over his career of nearly twenty-five years, he has worked on high-rise, mixed use, and new-construction, and affordable housing projects. This experience has given him valuable exposure to a variety of design and construction challenges, whose solutions he brings to new projects to help meet his clients’ goals.
