As a leader of the firm’s workplace practice, he helps his clients align their business goals with real estate, facility, and strategies, producing collaborations that create next-generation environments responsive to constant shifts in changing technologies, employee expectations, and consumer demands. Robert’s understanding of real estate development—from financing to legal, land use, and regulatory frameworks to market analysis—enables Perkins Eastman’s clients in the New York City metropolitan area in particular to succeed and compete. Robert also has a background designing new buildings for office and mixed-use developments, education, and healthcare projects.
