Rebecca brings a unique perspective to Design Strategy with a background in neuropsychology and architecture. She leads a multidisciplinary team that applies design thinking through a futurist, human-centric lens to find innovative solutions that build resilience, create value, and maximize growth. From targeted research consulting and change management services, to design and support throughout all project phases, she works across practice areas to translate research-based strategies into effective and user-driven design solutions. Rebecca is a published researcher and has pioneered several studies examining collaboration and individualization in workplace, healthcare, and education environments. Her research and guidance helps teams create meaningful spaces for people to live, work, heal, and play.

As the firm’s director of Design Strategy, Rebecca leads a multidisciplinary team of architects, urban planners, designers and researchers who apply their diverse backgrounds to solve problems creatively. Together, they use design thinking to identify strategic opportunities, enhance the design process, and elevate the human experience.
