Jorge Soto

AIA

Associate Principal

“I am passionate about the role and responsibility that architects have in designing buildings that improve people’s lives, enhance communities, and minimize our impact on the natural environment. This responsibility inspires my pursuit of high-performance design.”

From an early age, Jorge has been inspired equally by the beauty of city skylines and the natural world. The awe he experiences in observing both made him curious and concerned about the relationship between human settlement and the broader environment, which led to his interest in sustainability, architecture, and urban design. Practicing since 2003, Jorge’s experience has focused on dense urban infill projects including healthcare, mixed-use, hospitality, multifamily residential, and senior living. He leads project teams in technical design and project delivery, leaning heavily on his passion for building science, systems, and envelope.
