Gabriella is driven by a passion for creating equitable and inspiring educational environments. Raised along the Texas-Mexico border, she brings a deep commitment to community-centered design and public education, drawing from her heritage and love for the places that shaped her. Gabriella integrates inclusive design, sustainable architecture, and stakeholder engagement to build schools that serve as the heart of their communities. She also brings experience in architecture, philanthropy, and advocacy industries to her work as a senior associate with Perkins Eastman. She is known for fostering strong client relationships and developing collaborative, community-driven solutions that empower students, educators, and communities. Gabriella is a respected author and speaker, having presented to local students, educators, and the Austin business community as well as nationally, sharing insights on educational architecture, expanding access to STEM fields, and the power of community in shaping the future. “Thoughtful design begins with truly understanding the needs of the educators and students who will thrive in these spaces,” she says. “In Texas, where schools range from remote, rural communities to urban districts with varying enrollment trends, each partner has distinct needs. Our purpose is to collaborate closely and intentionally with these communities, ensuring every design reflects their unique vision.”
