Having grown up in a family with a long history in construction, it was natural for Andrew to focus his legal career in construction, real estate, and architecture. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience practicing law in the industry, Andrew brings in-depth knowledge, integrity, and thoughtfulness to his role as co-CEO. Going beyond his role as General Counsel, Andrew is engaged with every facet of the firm’s operations and culture. He is dedicated to improving the company’s business practices and efficiencies and assists the firm in its effective global growth. With a people-first approach, he strives to support staff so they can reach their potential and maintain wellbeing in all aspects of life.
