Occasionally, we may seek additional support from temporary staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters. However, these agencies, placement services, and external recruiters are not permitted to contact our team members directly to present candidates. All candidate presentations must be managed by our recruiting team and directed at the appropriate hiring managers.
We do not accept unsolicited resumes from anyone other than applicants themselves. Any unsolicited resumes sent to Perkins Eastman and our affiliates, whether via email, social media platform, or our applicant tracking system, will be considered our property. We will not pay any fees for placements resulting from unsolicited resumes. Any applicant who submits an unsolicited resume will be considered referred free of any charges or fees.
Agencies, placement services, and external recruiters must obtain advance written approval from our recruiting team before submitting resumes. This approval must be in conjunction with a valid, fully executed agreement for service and in response to a specific job opening. We will not pay fees to any agencies, placement services, or external recruiters without such an agreement in place.
Only written agreements signed by our HR Leadership/Talent Acquisition Manager are valid. No other team member is authorized to bind Perkins Eastman and our affiliates to any agreement regarding candidate placements. We specifically reject and deny any liability under assumed “agreements,” purported to be accepted after a recruiter advises a candidate to apply for a position and the candidate is later hired.
