Phillip has always had a fascination with how buildings go together and over time has developed more of an interest in how they can be built to be more environmentally friendly. He has spent more than 30 years overseeing the renovation, adaptive reuse and new construction of higher-education facilities such as libraries, learning centers, academic buildings, housing and arts centers. Beyond his decades of experience in all phases of project development, he leverages technology such as Revit to guide his staff toward the successful completion of projects and coordinating with outside consultants. He works closely with the design team and manages each project’s document production, typically staying involved from concept through construction administration. Phil’s leadership is pivotal to the development and delivery of our most complex projects.
