New York, NY–Alejandro Giraldo has joined Perkins Eastman as a Principal in the global firm’s Senior Living Practice.
A native of Colombia, Giraldo has practiced architecture for over 25 years in South America and the United States. His designs and market expertise have been recognized with various architectural design awards and featured widely in publications. Formerly an associate principal with THW Design, Giraldo has been integrally involved with the design and execution of innovative senior housing projects across the country, including the repositioning of large for-profit and not-for-profit communities with a strong focus on client development, mentoring, and business development leadership.
