Min enjoys finding concise solutions to a complicated design process. The challenge involves communication with different parties, internal and external collaboration, problem solving, research on culture and trends, and the study of space and form.

Since 1995, Min’s work has spanned a wide variety of practice areas such as urban design, mixed-use, office, R&D campus, opera house, K-12, university campus, and healthcare. He applies a human-centric design philosophy to all these different project types; recent examples include small-block urban design; office, school, and R&D collaboration space; and healing environments within hospitals.

Min is a key player in helping Perkins Eastman grow its healthcare practice in China. Having worked on hospital projects all over the country, he has a keen understanding of design trends and the evolving client needs that fuel them. He’s a council member at the Institute of Healthcare Facilities within China Society of Architecture, and he’s an active lecturer across China’s healthcare community.
