With a strong commitment to public service, Susan strives to inject social equity and environmental stewardship into each project. She enjoys building and nurturing relationships with clients, industry colleagues, and public stakeholders to create high-quality and impactful work.
Susan brings more than 15 years of planning experience covering a broad range of projects, from individual site plans to statewide affordable housing studies. She specializes in comprehensive planning and zoning, and has also prepared housing and market studies to help communities unlock their potential.
In addition to her planning work, Susan has served for over a decade as chair of the planning board in Chatham, NJ, and on the town’s affordable housing committee. She has lectured at conferences and contributed to planning publications, sharing best practices and supporting the planning profession.
