An award-winning designer and urban planner, Phil is known for delivering thoughtful solutions to intricate problems, a skill which he has honed throughout his more than 20 years of dedicated practical experience. Boasting hands-on expertise with everything from mixed-use communities to brownfield redevelopments, urban resiliency to urban and suburban physical master planning, Phil is equally at home tackling projects of scales both large and small.
