Perkins Eastman Architects’ New York studio has formed an indelible crossroads of ideas, design, and innovation since the firm’s founding in 1981. Our 320 team members include architects, designers, urban planners, strategic consultants, landscape architects, and interior designers, all working to infuse our “Human by Design” ethos into each project. The same goes beyond the studio through our commitment to community and one another; from local charity involvement with NY Cares and CANstruction to summer softball in Central Park, we seek to balance our passion for design with our love for the city we call home.

Situated just off Union Square, the office combines the scale, diversity, and energy of New York City with an intimate studio atmosphere, organized around convergent practice areas representing the firm’s breadth of experience. Our teams specialize in Healthcare, Government, Commercial, K-12 Education, College + University, Large-Scale Mixed-Use, Residential, and Senior Living, to name a few.
