Winnie has extensive experience in master planning, medical planning, design and project management of complex, large-scale healthcare projects. She has been involved in the successful delivery of local and international projects for both public and private clients. She has co-led the design and implementation of prominent integrated healthcare projects in Singapore, consisting of acute and community hospitals, nursing home and outpatient clinic facilities.

A strong advocate for high-performing, resilient healthcare buildings, Winnie is also passionate about incorporating the industry’s best practices in medical planning, enhancing environmental sustainability and improving the delivery of top-quality care. She is also knowledgeable about logistics and smart-strategies solutions in healthcare planning.

Winnie is focused on coalescing a strong team within the Singapore Studio, while at the same time encouraging team members to pursue continuous professional development. Outside of architecture, Winnie enjoys working with children and is constantly inspired by their curiosity. She regularly volunteers in the community to teach children about design and food sustainability through art and gardening.
