Known for providing products and services that create value for its clients, TD Securities needed a creative new office space for its digital technology staff.  Departing from traditional financial workplace design, Perkins Eastman supported the company’s cultural and brand by creating a multi-sensory environment to accommodate various work styles and provide a diverse range of experiences and tools for improved cognitive function and wellbeing. Eliminating the main reception and static waiting area in favor of a hospitality-focused café and designing flexible spaces that double as conference rooms and open team zones, the design team developed a workplace attractive to TD’s valued employees and incoming talent.
