The project includes design and construction of a 104-bed, 116,000 sf, single-story nursing home located halfway between Columbia and Charleston.  The project is a state VA facility reserved for military veterans of the region; its design follows the VA’s Small House Guidelines and will be built in the Low Country’s architectural vernacular.
