Stephen Forneris gave a speech titled “Safer, More Resilient Buildings to Tackle Climate Change” at TEDxQuito: COUNTDOWN, a climate change event licensed by TED. Recently held in Quito, Ecuador, the event was TED’s first topic-specific initiative to champion and accelerate bold ideas and low-investment solutions to bring us closer to achieving a zero-carbon, cleaner, and healthier world. In his talk, Stephen shares how buildings need to be more resilient and adaptable to the challenges of climate change, and how environmental verification and certification systems are the key to improving design, quality, and safety in our indoor environments.
