Bringing students into every part of the design process and a variety of project types, we foster the next generation of thoughtful designers. Through lectures, building tours, and studio activities, we go beyond the typical intern work experience. With an emphasis on longevity and diversity in our program, we invite emerging designers from all corners of the world to begin building their careers with us.
From cultural heritage events and annual holiday gatherings to community outreach and creative exchanges, we are always connecting with each other and our surrounding communities. We participate in annual national drives supporting organizations like the American Heart Association and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, as well as sustainability awareness events that help bring attention to connections between people and the planet.
