A brand-new housing development in China’s Jiangsu Province takes advantage of the area’s network of ancient underground hot springs. We helped our client plan and design this new community with two thousand units of active-adult and market-rate housing and a village center with retail, a wellness spa, restorative hot springs baths, a recreation center, memory support and skilled-care rooms, a rehabilitation center, and a tier-one hospital.
