Public, Cultural, and Religious

Since our founding, Perkins Eastman has provided planning, programming, and award-winning design for niche building types including public sector, cultural, and religious facilities. These projects present unique design challenges incorporating state-of-the-art technology, security systems, and handicapped-accessibility into a meaningful design vocabulary that ranges from symbolic and traditional to modern and contemporary. Our experience includes courthouses, museums, and libraries. Perkins Eastman has also overseen the design of several secular spaces for various denominations of faith including temples and synagogues, community centers and educational facilities for many Jewish organizations, Christian affiliations, and several others.
