Perkins Eastman | 75 Tresser Boulevard

75 Tresser Boulevard

Stamford, Connecticut
Located at a prominent intersection in downtown, a short walk from the train station, 75 Tresser sets a new standard for luxury rental apartment living in Stamford. Developed by Post Road Residential Inc., the 344-unit building contains 5,000 sf of retail space; three landscaped courtyards including one with a pool; as well as amenity spaces that include a fitness center, dog washing room, and a teaching kitchen for cooking demonstrations. There is also parking for more than 450 cars.

Joining the team led by Philip Koether Architects—the design architect and interior design firm for the project—Perkins Eastman developed construction documents for 75 Tresser that incorporated exterior finishes and features not typically associated with rental housing. These include limestone veneers and metal panels, while high-performance, energy-efficient features were incorporated throughout. The variety of apartment types comprise studios to three bedrooms, and range from ground-level apartments with private landscaped patios to lofted apartments with spacious roof terraces. The building’s most iconic feature is the 20-foot-high “light beacon” that extends the length of the Washington Boulevard façade—a new icon in the Stamford skyline.
