Workshops and Process

Project ambassadors representing the balance of the staff were identified by leadership to take part in a series of workshops to explore and discuss how culture and brand help shape a design solution, and to work with the design team in the development of an overall workplace solution. It was important to leadership that the staff “voice” be heard and that they embraced and took ownership in the results.
